A start-up was expanding globally and looking for a project manager for their newly opened Australian office.
I read between lines of the CV and looked beyond the job description. I understood the candidate’s value, skill set and capabilities went further than a PM role, and that was exactly what the business would need in the long term.
The candidate excelled in her role, taking control and eventually spearheading the Australia office.

The business was looking for a Java Developer but could not find the right candidate.
I got to know the candidate, who others may have discounted as he didn’t have local experience. I saw how talented he was from a tech point of view and knew he would excel in the role.
The candidate grew within the business to head of platforms / architecture and now is responsible for a key revenue generating platform which will be distributed globally.
